CNC strengthens its Asian network with three new services

CMA CGM Group's Asian specialist CNC has launched three new services, namely TCC, PLM and SPX. The first product, TCC, will provide direct connectivity from central and southern China to Sihanoukville in Cambodia. The service will also be an alternative transportation option for goods shipped from Thailand to China.

 

The TCC will start its maiden sailing from Laem Chabang on March 20, rotating in the following schedule: Bangkok (Thailand)- Lim Chabang (Thailand)- Ningbo (China)- Shanghai (China)- Shekou (China)- Sihanoukville (Cambodia)- Bangkok

 

In addition, the PLM will call at Palembang, a niche Indonesian port in South Sumatra. CNC said PLM will transport Indonesian exports such as rubber, plywood, fertiliser and coffee between Singapore and Palembang from March 15.

 

The weekly SPX will connect Singapore with the Mindanao region of the Philippines. The SPX made its maiden voyage from Singapore on 12 March, with services rotating from Singapore - Davao (Philippines)- General Santos (Philippines)- Singapore.
